Booking Terms

• Price is subject to current governmental tax
• Price is valid for 8 persons, extra person will be charge USD 35, - per night including breakfast
• We can accommodante up to 16 people
• Check-in time is 3:00pm and checkout time is 11:00am  (early arrival and late departure will depend upon availability of the villa at the time of arrival or departure​
• Currency: US$ Dollar. Rates are per all the Estate per night
• Payments by credit card will be invoiced in US$ Dollar at the prevailing exchange rate.
• For weekend booking 2 nights minimum (Friday to Sunday or Saturday to Monday)
